Katherine Jean Bolduan, also known by her professional name Kate Bolduan, is an American journalist. Her most well-known role is as anchorwoman of CNN's morning program At This Hour. She was also the co-anchor of CNN's Monday morning shows New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan was a part of CNN's coverage of both the 2016 and 2012 presidential elections. Bolduan has also reported from Washington DC, she has covered the US House as well as the Senate. In her time as a member of Capitol Hill Unit Capitol Hill Unit Bolduan reported on legislative events and events in the Congress, such as discussions to raise the limit on federal debt and super committee deliberations. As an assignment reporter for general assignments she covered news including that of the Christmas Day bombing in 2009 and also the Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare.
