Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness contests when she was 16, after quitting gymnastics in her youth. Her Pro Card was granted a year later, at 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She started to compete at fitness competitions after quitting her childhood career in gymnastics. Within a single year, she earned her pro card aged 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from stage life after obtaining her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and continued from her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after her first show for a few years and set higher targets each year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of 2009. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel spent 6 years trying to complete her degree when she earned the Pro Card. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang at Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished in 3rd place during the event. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage just three months later, and took home 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to be 6th place at the level of Fitness despite not having any expectations. Considering she was battling against top athletes. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rows single arm lat pull-downs with a machine. and sitting rows. She will warm up before she moves onto the sets. Additionally, Ariel likes to use her time in the most efficient way is possible. The way she achieves this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets of 10-12 reps is done.
